Rule of voting
The participating countries (Cambodia, Lao PDR, and Vietnam), JICA Headquarters and the Project team will have six (6) points for voting.
The voting party will give three (3) points to the design which voting party likes best. Two (2) points to the second best design, and one (1) point to the third best design.
The vote has one of bellows are considerd an invalid.

2. Duplex vote by same party
3. No selection or selected same logo for 3 ranks
4. Invalid party selection or e-mail address
